Creamy Parmesan chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2tblsp olive oil
8ozs sliced mushrooms.
Quarter cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1tbsp flour
Half cup chicken stock
1 cup double cream
Half cup grated Parmesan
Half teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 cup chopped spinach
Salt and pepper

Oil into large fry pan and cook chicken until browned and no longer pink in middle. Set aside.
Add mushrooms to pan, cook and set aside.
Put butter into pan add garlic and cook. Add flour and cook out. Whisk in stock, cream, cheese, garlic powder and seasoning.
Add spinach and put chicken and mushrooms back in. Serve with pasta.

It was nice because although its Parmesan chicken it wasn't too cheesy tasting, so you could still taste the other things.
