Marias recent layouts

Post by Maria on Mon 21 Aug 2017 - 16:07

Well, spurred on by Karelyn, i thought id put a few of my recent efforts up. Nothing groundbreaking, but im quite pleased with them.

This is the one ive just finished, which took ages - mostly cos i got distracted though. it was inspired also by one in the challenges of the atdml thing.

This one was when i reluctantly had to replace the mower... blimmin expensive and think it ought to last more than 10 years, well they do, but like cars they get to the point where they arent worth repairing, well mine did. Anyway, wanted to scrap the new one before it got filthy

This was a recent UKS sketch challenge. I have wanted to scrap the photo for ages, of my dad at the world chess championships in 1982, he represented his club (he was captain at the time) and played Viktor Korshnoi.

My luxury birthday break (couldnt decide what photos to use, the template was also a gift from a crafty friend)

and finally, a trip up to the mountains in mid June, using my graphic 45 'secret garden' paper that i can hardly bear to cut into

There's something about G45 that makes it more stroke-able than cut-able isn't there. That's when I need a retreat or something to make me cut it LOL
Love the template, what a fab idea, it makes a brilliant LO.
I'm glad I spurred you on, I love seeing these. Come on everyone else, show us something lovely too.
Circles are always a winner with me, great stuff TFS x

All great layouts Maria. Circle is a clever way to use lots of pics on one page.

All Fab, and so glad you have showed us.
Now this place is so clutter free and tidy perhaps I should get round to scrapping again, Tina is the one who really got me into it, Thanks Tina, we had some great Saturdays. And now you and Karelyn have tickled the juices again.
