Use for bits out of letter die-cuts

Post by lyndaejane on Wed 23 Dec 2015 - 15:52

You know those gift tags that have a string on them? Nine times out of ten, there's nothing to tie them to, so you end up sticking the string on the parcel.

I don't like to just leave the sticky tape showing, so was casting round for something to put over it. Remebered I'd got a couple of the ovals from the middle of 'O' die-cuts, sitting on the desk, not wanting to throw away, so put a bit of d/s tape on the back of one of them and stuck the string down with that.

Great idea, not like Mum when I gave her a tag for a birthday parcel, with a ribbon on, she tied the ribbon in a bow and put sellotape on a corner of the tag?!!
