Street party

Fiona found a novel way of catching the rain dripping off the paraols:



Sorry - doesn't look as funny this way round! Still haven't found out (a) why it rotates portrait images or (b) how to correct it.

This was the set up: the close is a T-shape, and the top of the T is four houses, garages, three houses.  We set up in front of the garages as shelter:



Thought we were so clever, filling all the gaps between the parasols with umbrellas - just made more things for the rain to drip from!



One of the neighbours brought her guitar, not to mention some percussion instruments, so we had entertainment:
