Getting Grandma Wet

Post by Lorraine on Thu 18 Oct 2012 - 14:06

Papers: Echo Park 'Paradise Beach'.

Journaling:
A day at the beach, and we had fun. This is only a small beach and it's where Daddy had his bar. He was getting it ready for opening. It might have been a better plan if I'd worn my swim suit, but I don't really look good in it, so I didn't.
You had fun getting me wet anyway, splashing and kicking the water at me. You spend a lot of time down the beach Mia and you love it. One of the other beaches you visit is much nicer than this one, but still, it's fun and you and Aidan play for hours quite happily. Cyprus - May 1st 2012

Great to see these pics of you Lorraine, you need board shorts, they dry quickly and are long enough for ladies our age. Get some for your next visit.
Wonderful LO, full of fun and gorgeous journalling.

Thanks girls. Mr Green I almost gave myself a heart attack when I bought those trousers, lol. I don't do bright ha, ha, but I love them. I bought them in M & S in Limassol, haven't worn them here though lol.

The bar is a 'section' bar. The work sections sometimes are lucky enough to get a bit of beach with a bar on it and Jonny (GEF) got one. The families go down for social things, bar-b-q's and stuff.

Great layout, love the wet letters, quite fancy the idea of having a bar on a beach at my disposal!
