Altered Amazon Box.

Post by Lorraine on Sun 15 Jul 2012 - 23:21

I finished my project. You know those flappy boxes that Amazon pack their books in? Well, this is one of those. I've put a gesso primed canvas pad in it. The right bottom flap is stuck down to make a pocket.

Terrific idea, now that would make a good swap too, not as elaborate as yours perhaps!
Love the sunset colours.

Good idea that, Karelyn: maybe not as rigid a definition for the swap as the Amazon box, as not everyone would have one. Perhaps a swap of packaging converted into another useful item?

Funny, I got one of those boxes in the post today.

Keep forgetting to ask, Lorraine: did you buy the ring binder mechanism or have you fixed on a mechanism that you salvaged?
