Job lot

Post by thriftycrafter on Sun 14 Aug 2011 - 16:19

Been too lazy to get these on photobucket/not had anything stunning to show, finally got round to uploading them, there are a few more LO's but they're the odd sort for the inside out site so I won't put them on.
Most of these were made in July.
The anniversary card made while camping from the SC&P mag freebies;
[/url]
Jake's b'day card;
]
A LO showing on the power of water the theme was certainty;
]
The technique I'd been busting to try and was pleased with;
]
Not sure if I've put this one on before; a challenge over the road
]
Hopefully I'll be able to get better LO pics now I have a vague idea about white balance and lighting etc.

Like all of these Karelyn.
The two cards made with "want to do technique" are smashing.

Yes, Di's right - the two cards are really lovely. Also love Jake's birthday card - so many elements that make for a really special male card.

Super bunch Karelyn. Mr Green
What technique was it? Have you blended your inks?

Excellent lot, I love those inked image cards, lovely, really effective. The living water is my fave though, that pic makes me feel as though I am there.

I tried to blend the inks I think, but it was the slap post it's on the card and work straight on the card thing, then print over the top in black, appealed to me for the simplicity of it.
If I unearth the mag I'll put in which issue it was (craft stamper)

Ok, going back a bit October 2010, p74 Joanne Wardle; Sunset Silhouette
Mine look quite chalky compared to hers, I suppose the kind of card is the key, but I was happy with how it worked out, I did 4, 2 in each colourway, going to try some different ones later, perhaps with those lady's face sihouette stamps I have.
That took some finding it was in a bag of mags I took on holiday to cut out the good bits. Needless to say, I didn't. lol.

Right, I'll have a look and see if I've got that one. I've only ever missed a couple so should have.
