My Ming Vase

Post by supergran on Sat 28 May 2011 - 20:22

The back round is a lovely cream colour, it took me two days to get this one made with all the hunting for the right papers etc; but got there in the end, the card is cream as well.

Sorry its so big tried to make it smaller, but it may go there sometime.

It's beautiful Billie but your pic is small. I'd love to see more detail.

It was larger than this originally and I thought it was to big so I amended it, but it didn't do it straight away.

It is on a cream card, the vase is a sticker with gold designs which I then put on a piece of Japanese paper, the backing is a lovely cream embossed shiny card, that's why its not so clear, the flowers were punched from a paper with flowers and I tried to get the white centre and lines into the centre of them.

That's really pretty, Billie, and I'm not surprised it took you so long to make. There's a lot of work in there, even without the time it took to find the right papers!

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date  Laughing
