Bulbs

Post by WeirdCat on Sat 26 Mar 2011 - 11:53

I've ordered some bulbs from the milkman, they are due to get here on 18/4 and are for various flowers, being seriously garden challenged are there bulbs that you buy and plant now to flower in the summer? I'm going to drag Garry to a garden centre on Thursday so may buy bulbs from there instead if that's the case and cancel the milkman's delivery. The front of my house is looking like a jungle, not bad given there's not a lot of garden at the front to be jungled!

Really need to know what bulbs you've got before we can say about planting and flowering times, but yes, there are bulbs that will flower in the summer if planted now.
