Lentils, lentils....and a fundraiser for Cancer research UK

Post by Scrap Monkey on Sat 9 Oct 2010 - 16:10

Okay,as promised, hot off the (lentil) press, here are the beads I listed in the shop today.

.......and lastly my 'Think Pink' lentils. Since it's October, and therefore Breast Cancer Awareness month, 5 from the sale of these beads will be donated to Cancer Research UK, via the fundraising page that the girls and boys over at Frit Happens have set up. One of my glassy friends is a breast cancer survivor, so it's a cause pretty close to our hearts (pun intended!). If any of you have jewellery making friends, point them to my shop, please!

any combo would suit me. Would you sell them as say a random number of beads for a set price. I like the idea of handmade beads but I don't use loads of the same. I would do as mentioned before makign singel bracelets with them. or even earrigns if two the same.

Tina - They are beautiful! Well done.

I love 'orphan' & 'Fuglies' too, I find i can come up with more ideas to make things with singles than i can a set lol.

You should sell your orphans (if you dont already), i love em!
