Love the first lot, though they are all gorgeous!
You will have to start to put something else in the pics to give us an idea of size - even a malteser for Kim lol.

LOL at you lot!
Measurements all on the website, but the hollows are all bigger than maltesers. Not overly fragile as they have been annealed (cooked in my kiln), and being hollow it keeps the weight down.
As a guide, the lentils are diddy at about 15mm across, the pink stripey ones are about 20mm across.
Will think seriously about photographing alongside confectionery in the future though

Totally gorgeous, Tina. Really fabulous sets.
Sometimes when I look at your beads, it makes me think about getting into my jewellery making again. I haven't done any for I don't know how long.

I wore my preening peacocks to the pottery class last night.
I love these - the orange ones are truly fab. bit confused about which part is the lentil.

Maria, the top ones (green, two tone) are lentils; sort of curved/squashed shape.

I'm sure they had another name before they were minstrels but googling only brings up galaxy counters, and that's not it, perhaps I'm imagining that one then. But that's the shape isn't it, do they call it an elipse?

WOW these are amazing so stunning
Tina I keep meaning to ask you if you could do a pandora style bead with burgundy rose petals in it somehow? Or if not maybe an unusal burgundy bead. I have been telling my friend about your gorgeous designs and she wanted to buy a pandora bead for her chief bridesmaid for Beginning of December. She was going to get a boring silver rose square pandora bead which wasnt very nice for £25 I told her yours were much better and gorgeous.
Let me know and let me know rough price to tell her
thanks

nope, the best bit is that this is my press! had it for ages, but struggled to 'get' it. The one on loan is for hoooooooge monstrous lentils, and will be posted back to it's owner quite soon; even I don't want to make beads that big. These ones are quite delicate, perfect for bracelets.
Emma, beads to fit pandora style bracelets are on the 'bearhugs' page of my website (link below). I can have a play with some dark reds, no problem. If it's a special present, I made
as a commission recently. It has the girl's name on it (although that only works with a relatively short name). Bead price came out at about £5.50, then she paid another £6.50 for me to turn it into a simple necklace on leather cord. Just a thought.
Re: Latest beads; lentils and hooooge hollows! (Images updated with chocolate!)
Good idea with the name, looks fantastic? I will have have a word with her and see what she says, it is a gift for her cousin called Amy so small name might work
Price is fab too thanks

She has just text me back she would prefer something with roses really as it is part of the wedding I think she has her initials already on the bracelet, oh well she will have to pay stupid money for a horrible square bit of silver

I have a lot of very talented lampwork friends who do beautiful florals, want me to point out some for her?

Here you go Emma... http://www.etsy.com/shop/MyPrecious Kathy makes quite the most beautiful floral lampwork beads, and silver cores too. You (or your friend) can send her a message via her Etsy shop, and she will make something totally unique and gorgeous, for the same price or less than the mass produced stuff! I told her it would be needed for December at the latest, and she said no problem.
