I have scrutinised and cannot spot an error so well
rescued Smile

It's lovely, and again, the girls look great, and I love the
journalling. I always said that about my boys. They argued like
mad between themselves, but if anyone else said or did anything
to any of them, they showed a united front.

Thank you Loves ya

When I hadn't been scrapping very long I went to a crop. I met a lady there who had been scrapping a lot longer and she asked to see my album. I showed her, and she wrinkled up her nose and said 'yes, I suppose you'll find your scrapping style sooner or later dear'. Gutted I was Crying or Very sad . Can't remember her name (although I do know she's a very good friend of Alison Drummond-Jones, very published scrapper with an unmistakeable style), but she made me quite loathe to put myself up for public scrutiny for a long time. That's why I like you lot Laughing

LOL, I reckon most of us would have done the same, that's recycling not pikeying, love it.
Re the 'woman', I can't imagine why people say things like that. Scrappers are usually so encouraging of other scrappers, well crafters in general are, why would you? As above inferiority complex perhaps.
Everyone does have their own style and yours is wonderful, I've alwys thought very publishable, but really that isn't the point to me , srapping is about preserving your memories the way you like to, and that's completely personal taste. humph, soapbox, off.

Yes Karelyn, you have summed it up nicely. Scrapping, at the end
of the day, is for us to make our photos and memories more enoyable.
As long as we like our own work, that's all that matters. I think I have
said before - I cringe when I look at my early LOs BUT that's how I
started so I should embrace the progress.

Well I will say WOW.

Karelyn's hit it on the head, we scrap our photos for us, they are our memories of times past and if we want to put one button in a corner thats it. If we want to fill the pages thats it.

I'm also a worrier (yep me!!!) about things like that, but I have to remind myself all the time that I can put what I want on the page and its for me...me...me...ME

I love the mix on this page of yours, my first view was a "GASP" (intake one) cos it 'hit' me. I love mono effect but then the colours sort of grab you and make you look at every little aspect of the page. And my second thought was 'how does she do it' very jealous person sitting here......sod the idiot woman, she hasn't a clue what she's talking about.

Send kim to punch her nose, and then scrap that picture !!!!!!!!!!1

I love the black and white against the colours in the background, the photo in the middle and the flower in the left corner front. Works really well. Really love how the background and photo work togeter. And the way you used the words. Sounds like envy to me, too. Cos this page is lovely and really successful. Little Ms Let Me Just Knock You Down a Peg or Two didn't want any competition! You go for it!
