Pepper and Friends Cards

Post by karinlouise on Sun 7 Feb 2010 - 23:29

Top left used a new glittery matt stack backing, very easy to use. Top right is a folded back front, so its half fold. Bottom left uses one of the flourishes I love using. Bottom right is 3D to look like a scene, but I forgot to put the darker blue in the back of the well I wanted to do.

Both of these used brads and ribbons to make the flowers. Lovely new ribbons, yum.

This used birdtable paper from the stack with deco on back....

...But this one used a bird table deco on other papers, plus a couple of the chipboard figures

Stamped image though the card is a teardrop one, I think there are a few things I would change on it again. The bit behind the image is too square for a curved card.

These both used the nesties to cut the back shape and then I used the leftover to make a frame and used ribbons etc.

All these were done for the demo today to show. I do like Pepper

you have been busy !!

love the folded ones in pics 3 and 4 , all of them are great but if you dont mind me saying ...i would make the ribbon flowers in pic 2 a little smaller or do another layer of ribbon on them to make them look thicker , they seem to look a little sparse ..only my opinion of course !!

very pretty though

My goodness - they must have taken ages to do. They are lovely. What a
nice selection.
Karin - it's so great to see you back crafting and on the group - it really is
and you've obviously got your crafting mojo back. xx

Do you mean in the middle of the flowers....hmmm yes I do see what you mean the purple one looks a bit too much doesn't it. I've just realised looking at it that the LO is wrong, it was supposed to look same as the other, but I've accidentally put the image in the centre instead of on left. Oh well. These are to go back to the shop for her demo board, but when I do some more for myself I will see what I can do. Thanks Kim xx

Steph I think my mojo is overflowing......I'm getting so impatient with myself, have all these ideas and lots of lovely stuff to use (esp the new stamps!!) and I can't do it quick enough. Plus with martin off this week I will have less time and then half term.......grrrrr. Think I'll put the hatch down and say I'm not here

I often get like that. So many things to craft and so many things to try,
that even being home now, I still haven't got enough time, and then I get
interrupted by the menfolk wanting to be fed. Tsk. They don't realise
I have more important things to do LOL

I know what you mean Mr Green Though I did get some stickers on Monday with determination to make these cards again, this time for me not the demo board. I've not had chance to do anything so far this week with Pepper.
