Cotton pics

Post by WeirdCat on Fri 27 Nov 2009 - 13:43

I have had these cat photo holders for a couple of years now and finally decided to give them a picture each. I printed the boys pictures onto printable cotton then put them on some cardstock and added flowers!

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date  Laughing

Splendid idea Ruth. I have only ever printed photos onto plain cream calico for pieces in my quilts. This gives me no end of ideas.

They're great, and more 'real' for seeing them in situ in your house. Love the idea of printing on to fabric.

It very much depends on the scent you get, spent ages with Kate and Scatty searching for the right smell but yes this one certainly works in that it is a gentle background smell rather than a holy moly what's the pong when you go into the front room. Scatty can tell you how to make your own, basics are pretty jar, diffuser reeds and some sort of oil but I forgot what sort and how much

Go to Crafty Computer paper, buy one of the printable materials sets and print, you just have to make sure they are flat as even the slightest bend will grab the ink. I daren't do anything remotely complicated with my printer as it throws a hissy fit
