Leaving Card

Post by kt_dragonfly on Thu 16 Jul 2009 - 21:01

Leaving card I threw together last night for someone at work, couldn't remember if they needed it for this thursday or next! (It was next thursday!)
Playing with promakers again, created the little image by colouring a square of card with pens, stamping the bird on in distress ink & adding glaze & a piece of mulberry paper
Background paper I made in Word last night.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date Laughing

That looks like quite a lot of work for something you "threw together", Kate! She will love it.

I think it's a docrafts stamp Kim that I picked up for 1, I do like it but struggle to do anything interesting with it.

Lynda, I did cheat! I made the birdy topper at the weekend, so all i really had to do was the background & put it together! Still took me 20min though (and at 10.40pm it felt like forever lol)

Kims to thank for the ribbons with her cluster challenge, I keep playing with them & I like that look!

Haven't seen one this week (hint hint) - a challenge that is.

Love the card Kate. Nice image and great use of ribbons.

Don't worry Kim - I know you have a busy life and everyone seems to be
very tied up at the moment. As I said somewhere else I'm busy making crimbo cards
today so no rush sweetie.

Very pretty card Kate.

I have taken the photo for the last challenge but haven't had the time to do anything with it. Kim someone has just asked me a favour so won't have time to do it now lol!

It's great I love the way you can read the words through the ribbon too. Well thrown I say.
