Ken's Book of Him

Post by Guest on Wed 15 Jul 2009 - 17:09

Here's two layouts I finished last night - they are to go in the book of Ken I am doing for the family. It's lovely because all the photos are old, crinkled up and duplicates so I can use them as they are. Loved using these wooden swirls too!! I have 'patchworked' the papers then sewn round each square in cream silky thread.

Love that grid system with the pics overlayed, and the thread framing. The wooden pieces are gorgeous, as is the little cutie. Into favourites.

Very clever framing - saved the best for the best.
