Ken

Post by Maria on Wed 24 Jun 2009 - 18:39

Well I felt like doing a layout today, first time in ages, and I love this picture of Ken (in full health). He had been caught out because he had bought us out that Daily Mail on the plane and was mumbling and grumbling about what rubbish it was (he hates it). Anyway, in this photo, I had left him sitting on the porch and popped in to get something.. I came out and caught him in the act of reading it!!!! (of course, you can tell by his face, he had a million reasons as to why it just happened to be in his hands).

Anyway, this is the same kit that mum used for 'playmates' so I hope you arent bored with it, but I was so pleased with the layout I wanted to show you.

That's gorgeous. Love the papers and a great pic of Ken. Mr Green

Have you got hidden journaling somewhere? That's a lovely story. Laughing

No, but there is no danger of me forgetting what it was all about... do you think I should do some though? I could easily tuck it behind the photo.

I do so love that photo of him though - just look at the kindness and love in his eyes, even though he had bene caught out!

and by the way I have straightened the 'love' stick on, funny how I never noticed it crooked until the photo

Lovely layout and so glad you put it up today for us to see - reminds me of how he hates the Daily Mail and how he always tries not to get caught reading it!!!!

Well, you know, yes. I do, Maria.
I always think that albums are for others to look at too, and for me personally, there's nothing worse than somebody sitting telling you what each photo is all about, who, when, where...etc, blah! blah! blah! If there's a story with the pic, particularly, I think it should be documented and this one is a bit special. Mr Green

I love seeing what people do with the same kit, so not at all bored. Maybe that's an idea for a challenge for us, we could all get the same stuff and do something with it, ujust to see what we come up with.
So that's your garden he's in, lovely. I must admit to doing the same when DS1 buys the sun, I hate it but, it's reading material and doesn't take long, so I have a read anyway, if only to confirm that it's not my thing, at least the crossword is easy LOL.
I always like stripes for mens LO's
