Cheesecake

Post by Lorraine on Sat 7 Feb 2009 - 16:55

Well, this one really hacked me off. So, instead of brooding over the red/blue for weeks, I decided to just get on and get it out of the way. Can't say I'm happy with it though. The papers are too pale for the pics. Crying or Very sad

Oh I think that's lovely, the papers don't take over the photos, ooh that cheesecake looks good.

Oh I think its lovely as well. I love those muted colours and they show off the pictures well. I would agree that the papers arent your usual style, but I love this layout.

Another who agrees that the papers are fine. They let the photos show up as the main part of the layout. Smashing pic of Mia as usual.

Looks great to me, a brighter background would overwhelm the photos

I'm like you Lorraine and don't really care for such pale papers as a rule, but this looks super and I think is a lovely layout all round. The paleness of the papers brings out the best in the dress.

Yep, you'd say the same to us lot too.
I did find some papers that I thought might do for you, but I think what you've got is fine, anyway it's another lovely LO finished now, so get on with another and fret about that instead LOL.
I also think that with the pink it emphasises the fact that she's a girl, red and blue can look a bit boyish sometimes.
