It is the first of my pictures of the tall ship Artemis which was anchored off the end of Southend Pier over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Had to use primary colours, circles (buttons) and something mini (used the mini jugsaw pieces which I painted and glazed)

This was the class at the Scrapagogo crop I went to yesterday.

The original had 3 small pics in the circle which looked better. Kirsty also put the other 2 metal butterflies from the kit on the page, going up towards the right corner. I would never have used this backing paper for an everyday LO (it's not a j-cloth, it's sparkly), so it's nice to get out of my comfort zone, also very quick when someone else has done all the planning for you. The pp is the reverse of the yellow check or vice ...

Sorry about the shine on the pics, the flash went off.

It says; growing older happens, growing up is optional, it's me and my boys in the peaks this summer, with water bottle caps.

Rob was always a nightmare for climbing and he was dead quick too, I think he is a hairless monkey, he will still climb now without any fear

This is Sam and his sock hassle, the journalling reads Smile for Camera, take socks off, I need my socks off, stupid socks, and I hate socks

This last one is my one and only mountain climbing experience, not exactly Everest but I was knackered by the end

Here's the layout i did yesterday from my total papercraft kit. Ive added some journalling on the 'brightsiding' tab, which is a reference to mums tendency to always find a bright side in everything (wish i was more like it!) . The photo is special because it was the day weekend after Kens funeral and we were all down at the sea front cafe having a big breakfast. It serves as a reminder that there ARE going to be good family times aheaad for all of us, despite what we might have thought.
