Tomorrow I'm going back on my SW diet. I've put 7lbs back on and my trousers are getting tight, and that's nothing compared to some of my knickers. 



If I don't do it now, I shall have put the whole lot back on and be . Then I'll be really, REALLY miffed.

I am having to do a red day again today (Slimming World). I have found that unless I alternate I dont lose weight. I hate red days. All the things I would like to cook require rice/pasta and as I cant get wholegrain that means using syns and I like to save them for things like glasses of wine (especially at the weekends). 			<title>Clean Slate AGAIN !!!!</title>

			<description>Thought I might as well be the first to put my weight loss/gain story in here.    

 

I went back to weight watchers tonight after missing 3 weeks, for the three weeks prior to that I gained weight each week.  2lb then 3lb then 2lb and this week 4.5lb.  So not good at all.   

 

I am back to 16st 12lb.

 

When I joined last September with renewed effort and will power I was 17st 4lb.  So at least I am still 6lb lighter.
