This is soooooo easy.

 

Put oven on at 190 C (375 F or Gas 5)

 

Line 20cm square tin with baking parchment.

 

100g Dark Choc (not cooking choc!)

125g Butter

250g Caster sugar

2 eggs

100g Self Raising Flour

100g chopped nuts (optional)

 

Melt choc and butter slowly in a pan (no need to do it over boiling water).

When melted take off heat

Add sugar and beat it in

Add eggs and beat them in

Add flour and beat it in

Soak ham for 12 - 24 hours in cold water. Replace water a couple of times.



Weigh ham to determine cooking time - approx 25 minutes per 500g.



Place ham, rind side down, in a large pan.



Cover with cold water and 50g Demerara sugar.



Bring to boil, then simmer for HALF total cooking time.



Drain the ham and remove rind, but keep as much fat as possible.



Score the fat in diamonds and place a clove in the centre of each diamond.

			<description>We love Italian food, especially lasagne but the other day I saw some cannelloni pasta tubes in Aldi so bought some to make the recipe on the box. Spent yesterday shopping for riccotta cheese which was difficult to find but good old M&amp;S came to the rescue, marscapone cheese, parmesan shavings and some parmesan to grate. 4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

a small splash of vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug



Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
